The central task of the Brose Academy is to qualify our employees in an efficient and target-oriented manner.

Under the umbrella of the Academy we have concentrated all of the Group’s personnel development in the fields of training, talent management and apprenticeships in order to systematically identify and develop the strengths of our employees. This opens up many and varied opportunities to all employees.
