At Brose, you have the whole world at your feet

An apprenticeship at Brose means much more than just learning: it is the beginning of a successful professional future with excellent prospects here and abroad.

It is not just a matter of qualifications. We also attach particular importance to our apprentices being team-oriented. They are expected to think and act with a clear sense of responsibility, at the same time developing their creativity and their will to achieve even further.

At present, there are about 170 young people doing their apprenticeship at Brose or studying at the University of Cooperative Education (Berufsakademie) in Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen. Here they are aiming for a degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing.) with a choice of four major subjects. 

After finishing high school, these young people decided to start out on their professional life at Brose. In a modern working world they are able to learn how an international independent company functions in a business sector that could not be more exciting or future-oriented.
