Controlling Manager South Africa (m/f)

Your Job Specification

  • Functional lead of all controlling activities of RG Brose, in Brits and East London
  • Maintenance of the business plans for Brits and East London
  • Establishment of plant-controlling including but not limited to the necessary tools for plant calculations, hourly rates, infrastructure rates
  • Set up and maintenance of proper project calculations, aligned with the business divisions and reflected within the long-term planning
  • Responsible for the proper and timely execution of all necessary planning and forecast activities in accordance to the annual Brose planning process
  • Establishment of material and sales price controlling
  • Interface to headquaters controlling in Germany and business division controlling

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar education
  • Profound knowledge of plant and project controlling and high analytical and numerical intellectual power
  • High presentation skills and leadership skills
  • Engineering and product knowledge
  • Experience in product lifecycle calculation
  • Assertive, selv-driven, pragmatic and results oriented
  • Sound MS-Office knowledge and fluent German and English language skills
  • Specificity: After a training period of 6 month at the Brose headquaters controlling located in Coburg (Germany), you will start working in South Africa (Brits&East London) for our RG Brose Joint Venture
