Your Job Specification
Preparation and consolidation of reports for HRVP
Conduct independent research, analysis and preparation of receiver-oriented documents
Lead or track assigned HR projects
Support HRVP in operative tasks like coordination of request within China or task monitoring
Support HRVP for administrative tasks, e.g. arrangement of business trip, meeting, reimbursement and so on
Support HR team for HR-related programs & activities when needed
Bachelor degree or above, HR or business administration major preferred
At least 2 years HR working experience, preferably in MNC
Strong PC skills, familiar with MS-office Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Fluent English, both spoken and written; German is a plus
Excellent communication and coordination skills, good interpersonal skills, team work spirit
Ability to work independently, faithfully and under pressure
Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented and trust-worthy
