Customer Team Director

Your Job Specification

  • Management of all necessary activities to achieve project and P&L objectives (turnover, profit, quality and timing)
  • Supervising and supporting the project management of development and series projects and coordinating the customer team during project lifetime
  • Implementing the Brose project management processes and Brose guidelines as well as ensuring that these are met
  • Undertaking capacity planning and planning the required and appropriate training in the team, in order to enable them to fulfill their responsibilities and duties
  • Preparation and reporting of KPI´s to superior
  • Negotiate and closing of contracts with customers and suppliers based on the Brose overall rules and regulations

Your Profile

  • Experience and proficient skills in project management and engineering environment
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Independent, assertive working style and an ability to cope with pressure
  • Team management skills
  • Intercultural competency and a willingness to support and motivate the team
  • English - business fluency
