Sales & Purchasing Specialist

Your Job Specification

  • Provide management with monthly sales forecasting for planning and support
  • Purchase price management with review of deviations
  • Manage currency, LME and yearly price adaptions for sales prices
  • Customer commercial relationship management with regular visits
  • Align purchasing and sales bill of materials, cost breakdowns and directed parts
  • Review and align agreed life time reductions between customers and suppliers
  • Highlight opportunities for price increases when margins fall below plan
  • Information management within customer portal (inputs and information distribution)
  • Prepare content declarations (APDP), EU vendors and C1 submissions

Your Profile

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Finance, Strategic Sales or Purchasing Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales and or purchasing administration experience
  • Customer and or supplier management experience with automotive or manufacturing industry experience - essential
  • Mathematically inclined with high level of financial skills
  • Working knowledge of Syspro or other ERP system
  • Comprehensive understanding of cost structures in sales & purchasing environment
  • Basic knowledge of German language an advantage
