Technical Assistant

Your Job Specification

  • Coordinates managers’ (sales & engineering) schedule
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations
  • Manages expense reports
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes meeting minutes
  • Creates / modifies / proofs presentation material
  • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
  • Manage procurement requests / payments within SAP system and appropriate stakeholders and buy / order office supplies
  • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
  • Composes and types routine correspondence
  • Coordinates industry/Brose events including invitations

Your Profile

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant job experience
  • Experience in event planning, strong networking skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in MS Suite, SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, SharePoint
