Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices
Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Provide insights and recommendations based on receivables data for improving collection processes
Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and address inquiries related to billing or payments
Assist in the month-end close process by providing necessary documentation and ensuring accounts receivable transactions are accurately recorded
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable or inventory control
Good commercial and technical understanding Knowledge of internal and external accounting and reporting processes
Knowledge of ERP and database systems
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel
Familiarity with financial reporting and cash flow analysis
Basic knowledge in English and Business fluency inThai
