Hardware Engineer

Your Job Specification

  • Responsible for the circuit design for electronic control units, which meets timing, quality requirements and costs of the electronics at a sub-system level
  • Ensures the hardware design meets all requirements for electronics such as power window electronics, power liftgate products, sensoric adapters, hands-free opener electronics, brushless DC actuators and pumps throughout product life cycle
  • Participate in periodic project review and engineering team meetings
  • Development of electrical and electronic circuit diagrams
  • Performs all necessary calculation and simulation on component and diagram level

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Minimum of three years experience in hardware design with automotive electronics
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators, power supplies
  • Experience performing EMC measurements and troubleshooting
  • Preferred experience with Cadence OrCad, Altium, or similar software
