Head of Product Units Drives China

Your tasks

  • Responsible for the result of the product units in the region
  • Develop the competence of the CN/APB team continuously to stay ahead of the competition
  • Define regional product strategy based on regional market requirements and align with global business unit, customer team and functional strategy
  • Realization of product strategy in the region, drive specific the development which is aligned with global stakeholders
  • Further development of the product portfolio to guarantee the competitiveness in relation of the regional market needs
  • Develop and maintain long lasting and trustful relationship to relevant contacts of customers of equal level, specifically in technical functions
  • Continuously drive technical cost improvement for local competitiveness in all product segments
  • Optimization of the cooperation between customer team, product- incl. electronics- and process development and as well the functions quality, purchasing and controlling
  • Secure the efficient use of the development tools, drive lean approach for applications, set design guidelines and cost-efficient integration of lessons learned
  • Technical benchmark of local competitors' products
