- Administrative support to interview scheduling requests (candidates communication, interviews tracking, work in the system, meeting rooms booking, invitations sending, etc.)
- HR System Work (processing of authoritazions assignments and authorization control in the HR central systems)
- Administrative tasks towards backoffice agenda and data maintenance according to guidelines and procedures
- Internal and external communication within departments
- Gathering and summarizing data for reporting
- Procedures improvements
- Work on guidelines and update of processes
Your Profile
- Advanced English language in both verbal and written form (German as a big advantage)
- Previous experience in customer service or in administrative position
- MS Office tool (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactive approach
- Focus on detail
- Team work
