Your Job Specification

  • Lead plant'sBrose Production System (BPS) team, facilitate regional BPS networking
  • Ensure on-going qualification of plant teams according BPS skillmatrix including tracking of BPS training plan progress
  • Train and coach plant team in BPS based on standardized trainings
  • Enhance plant BPS strategy according to regional BPS strategy
  • Ensure the implementation of BPS project management activities linked to the BPS assessment and
    support IPM

Your Profile

  • Engineering studies (university/ university of applied science) or acquired through education as technician/ master craftsman, professional practice and various further training measures 5-7 years in the automotive supply industry, management responsibility including plant experience and production system experience.
  • 3-5 years work experience
  • Profoundly experienced in lean methods regarding practice and theory, for example lean training (e.g. KAIZEN) Methodological knowledge regarding 5S, TPM, VSM, SMED, SFM Knowledge of ergonomic methods and work organization Profoundly experienced in project management, meeting facilitation techniques and as trainer Experienced in diverse problem-solving methods
