Plant Controlling Coordinator

Your Job Specification

  • Coordinate execution of Brose controlling standards for all plants in the North America region and related training.
  • Regular preparation and update of the long term business plan for the region and specific business cases for industrial footprint optimization.
  • Preparation of the monthly operation review and analysis for deviations to plan and forecast, consolidate regional reports and commentary.
  • Target-setting and coordination of planning and forecasting processes for all Plants in NA, consolidate Plant result.
  • Preparation of business cases impacting more than one location in the region (Footprint optimization).
  • Set-up Business Plan(s) for new locations.
  • Responsible for training and improvement of know-how and skill level of all Plant Controllers to achieve and maintain worldwide Controlling standards of the Brose Group.

Your Profile

  • Qualification in Business Administration or Accountancy is essential
  • Bachelor degree or comprehensive experience in engineering is preferable
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Controlling functions for production units/Plants in medium or big sized company
  • Local and European Controlling principles and rules
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Working in and with international / intercultural teams
  • Good SAP knowledge
