Your Job Specification
The systematic advanced planning of quality for purchased parts in customer projects and internal projects
Implementation of project-related quality planning with supplier.
Verification and assurance of the required quality requirements according to the feasibility study at the supplier.
Analysis creation in the project phase and, if necessary, in the series as well as initiate and monitor measures in cooperation with the customer team, production team and supplier.
Organization, implementation and evaluation of process approval of individual parts / assemblies external at supplier plants.
Assessment and approval of initial and engineering change samples for purchased parts.
Participation in feasibility analyzes in the development phase by introducing the findings and knowledge into technical documentation
Ensuring the application of relevant processes from the Brose process system and support in the implementation of the process system in the customer team
Qualified engineer or specialized technician.
A minimum of two years practical experience in the area of quality.
Knowledge in quality management, quality methods, statistical methods
