Admin Assistant

  • Appointment coordination with internal and external participants
  • Taking care after external visitors such as customers, suppliers and colleagues from international branches
  • Creation of presentations, handouts, charts and statistics
  • Travel preparation and its follow-up including travel expenses
  • Order management (office supplies, services, etc.)
  • Assisting newcomers during their induction period
  • Taking part in various orgniaztion tasks like external team buildings preparation or company event management

Your Profile

  • We are looking for a colleague with positive attitude and strong team spirit who would be not only key point in helping our team in day to day tasks but who would also contribute to our friendly atmosphere and outgoing culture.
  • We require:
  • Microsoft Office - advanced
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)
