Your Job Specification

  • Petty cash
  • Issuing of customer invoices
  • Local supplier invoice processing
  • Request invoices and statements from suppliers
  • Gather & prepare local supplier invoices for weekly payment runs
  • Prepare weekly foreign supplier payment lists
  • Handle local supplier queries
  • Filing and safeguarding of all invoices
  • Following up internally on old purchase orders on Syspro
  • Assist with internal & external auditors

Your Profile

  • Matric and post matric bookkeeping diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Syspro experience preferred
