Plans and achieves project goals in relation to capacity, cost, deadlines, and profitability; Maintains profit goal of at least 5 % from SOP to project closure in cooperation with regional and global customer team.
Plans, coordinates, and realizes all series production as it relates to engineering changes, cost optimization, R.A.C.E and local customer support.
Coordinates production targets with purchasing, production, industrial engineering in order to achieve customer-, cost and time targets and customer satisfaction
Leads and develops a multi-functional team consisting of project management, engineering, purchasing, industrial engineering, and quality
Develop the short-, middle- and long-term customer planning regarding sales volume, turnover and profit. Control goal performance and take counter-measures in case of planning variances
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
Experience: 8 - 10 years
