Your Job Specification
Coordination and steering of global Brose activities for all Brose products in close cooperation with customer teams, central functions, regions and plants by clear defining and understanding customers’ expectations. It is the aim to acquire business for Brose with a sustainable positive sales and profit development
Establishment and maintenance of long-term business relationships with decision makers in all relevant functions from all hierarchies of customers in China
Gaining leading position concerning information compared to competitors
Advertising Brose image and competence in customers by means of multiple specific events and activities
Generating and distributing customer specific information, i.e. organization, product cycle plan, production locations, etc with business divisions on a regular base
Tracking and influencing of customer goals and strategies in development, purchasing and marketing
Coordination and alignment of presentations and statements / communication with relevance across all Brose business divisions concerning contract management, warranties, price specifications, etc.
Supervising of all series business incl. involvement in preparation and conduction of price negotiations
Review and support of the global Brose sales plan, strategy for COEM within relevant business divisions
Technical or commercial university degree
More than 10 years related experience with International and Chinese OEMs
