Your Job Specification
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans.
Use various channels and methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment.
Lead the headcount planning in cooperation with line managers.
Design and implement HR marketing activities to enhance employer branding.
Act as contact window between business department and HR functions; work closely with business leaders to understand deeply the need of business.
As HR BP provide best HR solution/advice/service to meet chronic and acute challenges, as well as provide solution to individual employee challenges.
Implement central HR projects, standards, processes, programs to business divisions; measure and monitor them.
Coordinate and follow up with business division in terms of employee development and fluctuation.
Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources, Business, or Language, etc.
At least 5 years’ experience in recruiting and HR partnering related area in MNC, with automotive background is preferred.
Understand and familiar with corporate process and policies.
Having good sense of urgency and fulfilling task timely.
Open-minded, resistant, good interpersonal skills, working independently and with team spirit.
