Human Resource Manager

Your Job Specification

  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Leads the performance evaluation and succession process; Planning as it relates to budget (expenses), headcount, forecasting, etc.
  • Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures to deliver superior employee relations; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; manages benefit and leave administration; oversight of payroll function
  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Maintains organizational charts and employee picture directory

Your Profile

  • 8 – 10 years of overall experience; preferably in an automotive environment
  • 4 year college degree from a University; Master's degree in human resource management preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar management role; preferably in the automotive industry
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
