Industrial Engineer Methods Lead

Your Job Specification

  • Establish and maintain a network of communication and improvements between other functions, plants, and regions
  • Independently prepare, organize and execute training required for industrial engineers in North America
  • Lead the development of planning tools, documents, methods and standards. Verify their accuracy and usability with the technical functions, creating new methods as necessary.
  • Trainer and key-user for SAP, MTM, Ticon, Ergonomics, AutoCAD LT, Layout Design, ProKon, and all other planning tools
  • Support all assembly plants in the use and understanding of the planning tools, forms, methods and standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of experience in training others and public speaking
  • 3+ years in research and development of new technologies and methods
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, manufacturing environment or industrial engineering
