Your Job Specification
Analysis of relevant management information and providing recommendation for operative and strategic decisions in Purchasing Asia organization
Presentation of the Purchasing result via monthly price variance analyses and forecasts
Provide and analyze monthly primary cost changes for the purchasing organization in Asia
Implementation and evaluation of special analysis for the Purchasing management in preparation for strategic decisions
Consistency, validity check and consolidation for the premises concerning the material cost reduction target and annual price negotiation. Coordination for planning based on regional view
Analysis of the Purchasing panel with details of deviations and recommendation for improvement actions. Tracking of actions defined by responsible team leaders
Support as key user for the Purchasing employees in Asia related to purchasing methods and process. E.g. ASTRAS(RFQ tool), use of standard contracts, etc.
Implementation / monitoring of the application of existing purchasing processes in Asia
Minimum Bachelor degree(or higher) in business administration or similar
3-5 years working experience
Good SAP R3 and SAP BW knowledge
Very good knowledge in MS-Office, focus Excel (think cell knowledge preferred)
Strong logical and analytical capacity and a willingness to achieve
