Supplier Quality Planner

- Conducting feasibility study discussions with suppliers and demonstrating the risks identified
- Independent evaluations of the feasibility study documents and definition of measures internally / externally
- Evaluation up to the rejection of suppliers in negative feasibility study discussions
- Independent project tracking using the Supplier Quality Readiness system to identify deviations / delays and requesting / defining measures internally / externally
- Responsible for the verification of the initial sampling, permission of deviation approvals and defining / follow-up of the resulting measures
- Execution of independent process acceptance runs of individual parts / assemblies for part approval
- Ensuring the involvement of manufacturing plants in the process release in order to transmit parts knowledge
- Analyze quality problems and initiate and monitor the defined measures
Your Profile
- Basic studies in the field of technical sciences
- Experience in automotive industry, preferably quality management, manufacturing technology and measurement technology
- Knowledge of quality management tools and statistical methods
- Audit experience (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
- Good presentation skill
- Fluent English language skills
