Maintenance Engineer

- TPM; develop a PM-Plan together with the equipment supplier and ensure the implementation of the individual tasks.
- Analyse Downtime Reasons and provide continous improvemnts to increase the Equipment availability.
- Ensure 5S in the maintenance area, equipment and Euqipment sourounding.
- Start up and debugging of complex (highly automated) Assembly Lines with multiple "work-stations"
- Communication with original Equipment manufacturer as well as with the central functions in Asia and Germany.
- Understand and ensure the function of all implemented process monitoring systems, provide training to the Maintenance Technicians.
- Ensure that all hardware and parameter changes are recorded in the "downtime record sheet" and Logbook.
- Analytical problem solving on production equipment, follow the escalation plan
- Review the wear- and spare parts with the original equipment manufacturer and ensure the availability of the needed parts.
- Analyse the consumption of wear- and spare parts, introduce continous improvements to minimize the Downtime and maximize the equipment availability.
Your Profile
- Systematical way of problem solving (5why), work independently, analytical approach for trouble shooting;
- advanced electrical skills and basic PLC knowledge;
- experience in automotive supplying industry, maintaining “highly automated assembly line’s” (knowhow: Winding, Skinning, Press-In, Shrinking, Magnetizing, Noise and torque measurement system)
- Ability to read and understand electrical-, (mechanical-); hydraulic-; and pneumatic-drawings
- Analyze Equipment Downtime-Reasons and define corrective actions,
- Electrical knowledge in using electrical measurement devices (Multimeter)
- Basic knowledge in robot programming (re-teach) e.g. ABB
- Teamplayer, work independently, Shift- and Overtime work;
- Have Maintenance-related license (Electrical / Mechanical).
