Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator compiles payroll data and statistics to maintain records, and for the calculation of payroll for Brose U.S. locations and expatriates working in the US.


Your Job Specification

  • Reviews and records new hires, pay rates and changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, direct deposits, etc., in computer files affecting payroll
  • Accumulates and organizes information to ensure that related payroll accounts are reported to Federal, State, and local agencies, as may be required
  • Prepares and creates standard and ad hoc reports and reconciles all payroll-related general ledger accounts
  • Reviews and ensures accurate computation of pay and interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
  • Process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for Brose U.S. locations
  • Monitor and manage unemployment compensation claims
  • Manages timekeeping system
  • Process income and employment verifications
  • Calculate and process taxable fringe benefits (company cars, home flights, country clubs, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Payroll certification preferred
