Brose Canada first arrived in London, Ontario in 2005, hiring 350 employees to begin production with $81 million in investments. The main activities at that time were seat adjusters, seat components, and door systems.
The company managed to weather the 2008 recession and has come back strong. In 2013, Brose Canada retrofitted a 16,000-square-metre plant on Wilton Grove Road to handle final assembly, and shortly after, aligned our production focus to seat systems.
In September 2015, we celebrated our ten year anniversary. Currently, Brose Canada operates over 30,000 square feet of production space and employs over 600 employees.
