Your Job Specification

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities including, position qualification, job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, negotiating and extending offers, and new hire onboarding.
Functional Responsible for contract recruiter & BSC (Brose Service Center) recruiters.
Develop relationships with direct hiring managers to establish recruitment strategy and expectations for open positions
Develop effective talent sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the organization using the appropriate mix of external and internal recruitment.
Project management responsibilities including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) regional project, roll out of global recruitment project, and regional recruitment KPI tracking.
Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SuccessFactors recruiting tool, to post internal and external jobs and review internal and external applicants
Track hiring process KPI metrics to ensure on target delivery and generate in-process metric reports
Attract passive talent through active sourcing with a strong ability to utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, web sourcing, and networking.
Extends offers to selected candidates and oversee new hire onboarding process, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Establishes partnerships with universities and participates in career fairs.
