Your Job Specification

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities including, position qualification, job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, negotiating and extending offers, and new hire onboarding.
  • Functional Responsible for contract recruiter & BSC (Brose Service Center) recruiters.
  • Develop relationships with direct hiring managers to establish recruitment strategy and expectations for open positions
  • Develop effective talent sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the organization using the appropriate mix of external and internal recruitment.
  • Project management responsibilities including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) regional project, roll out of global recruitment project, and regional recruitment KPI tracking.
  • Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SuccessFactors recruiting tool, to post internal and external jobs and review internal and external applicants
  • Track hiring process KPI metrics to ensure on target delivery and generate in-process metric reports
  • Attract passive talent through active sourcing with a strong ability to utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, web sourcing, and networking.
  • Extends offers to selected candidates and oversee new hire onboarding process, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Establishes partnerships with universities and participates in career fairs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year college or university; and four years minimum experience in corporate automotive recruiting
