Your Job Specification
- Lead Key Account team to coordinate global activities at key North American customers for all Brose products in close cooperation with the Board of Directors, customers, product business units, central functions and plants
- Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
- Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator”)
- Monitor and influence customer targets and strategies in development, purchasing and marketing
- Coordinate and align the approach of the business divisions with respect to cross divisional topics (contracts, terms and conditions, warranties, price specifications, cost break-downs, strategy discussions on executive level, tech days, etc.)
- Support all series production projects, incl. preparation and execution of price negotiations
- Lead the Key Account Team in accordance with the brose leadership principles
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in related field or minimum of 10 years related experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Negotiation skills
