Your Job Specification
- Define, coordinate and control the activities of the Quality and Environmental department
- Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality and Environmental standards as stipulated by law and customer requirements
- Ensure all Q & E reporting are done as required, internally and by Brose
- Lead all Corrective Actions on Customer and internal non-conformances. Track actions and implement improvements to prevent these failures
- Investigate all Supplier defects and initiate, review and manage Corrective Actions. Consolidate all costs induced and track all supplier claims via the Invoice tracking
- Conduct supplier audits as required by the Audit schedule and follow-up on relevant supplier actions
- Compile, review and update the P-FMEA and Control plans per project for all relevant processes
- Lead and coordinate Production Failure Management (PFM) on the shop floor to reduce NRFT rate
- Lead all new customer projects as the overall Project leader. Use (Project development Plan (PEP)), Safe Launch and customer required project management tools to ensure a good project launch
Your Profile
- Engineering degree
- Qualified as an ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and / or ISO 14001 internal auditors
- Min 5 years experience of Quality and Environmental Control systems as per requirements of VDA6.3, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
- Min 5 years experience in the Automotive industry with experience in project management
