Project Manager (m/f/d) multi-stage series production

Your tasks

Project Management: lead complex projects in the area of multi-stage series production and cooperate on an international level, taking over running projects and new projects, implementing change management and planning next steps
Process Optimization: identify and implement optimization potential in existing processes to increase efficiency and quality, handover to production
Interface Management: representing the project to internal and external stakeholders, regular communication with the customer
Timeliness & Risk Management: ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and quality standards as well as proactive identification and assessment of risks and development of corresponding measures
Documentation: create and maintenance of project documentation

Your Profile

University degree in engineering or economics with a focus on project management
several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry
very good knowledge of project management tools and processes as well as processes in series production
very good English skills (min. B2+)
German & Czech language skills are a great advantage
excellent communication and presentation skills, high initiative, teamwork, analytical thinking and structured way of working
