Your Job Specification

  • Instruct, coach and certify Brose Employees in PMP, E-FAST, and APPS Principles with the correct use and application of all project tools for your assigned region
  • Maintain a project list showing status of all open initiatives. Ability to lead project status meetings for Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Candidates across our manufacturing and corporate locations
  • Drive PMP Sustainability with each Plant’s Problem Solving Coordinator and PMP trainer and ensure they execute their roles and responsibilities as defined by the Problem-Solving Competency Model
  • Approve/certify each Plant PMP Trainer in your region
  • Ensure select plant/corporate employees required to be a certified problem solver are completing project work using the appropriate reporting format

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • APPS (Shainin) Master Certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years automotive/engineering/quality experience
  • Must be will to travel at least 30%
