Your Job Specification

Optimized realization of production orders with respect to quality, quantity, scheduling and cost
Leading assigned employees following management principles
Generation of the annual staff requirements planning, including employment forecast
Consolidation of the weekly staff requirements planning of the individual areas for review by supervisors
Planning and disposition of technicians and operators considering schedules and economic efficiency
Assurance of compliance with legal and operational regulations
Briefing of operators and technicians incl. improving of their competences
Analysis of failures and implementation of containment actions
Monitoring of operational performance measures and implementation of actions to fulfill specified target values
Performing all necessary actions to ensure health, safety and environmental protection
