Your Job Specification
- Managing manufacturing teams and related production areas, assuring deadlines and quality
- Leading assigned employees according to management principles
- Ensuring the delivery performance in production area
- Leading and supporting direct as well as indirect subordinate employees
- Goal-oriented management of the production area according to cost, quality, deadlines and quantity aspects
- Planning and implementing of new technologies, methods of rationalization of production and optimization of the process chain ranging from the supplier to the customer
- Taking all necessary precautions for work, health and environmental safety
Your Profile
- University or College degree in Technical area
- 6 years of professional experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge of the industrial engineering as well as production (production planning, scheduling, montage-experience with managing a production team)
- Strong organization and time planning skills
- Good leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
