Warranty Manager

Your Job Specification

  • Responsible contact for all Warranty related issues, for the Brose Customer Team, Brose Plants or Customers
  • Manage and control all aspects of warranty analysis and metrology, covering all Business Groups
  • Define structure of work within the warranty/metrology team (assigning tasks as needed, resolve scheduling conflicts within metrology lab, and establishing/tracking key measureables
  • Responsible for monthly warranty management review report and provide input to monthly Quality report
  • Support warranty team with escalated customer meetings and monthly Warranty SharePoint meetings to the relevant manufacturing locations

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years of warranty-related experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Knowledge of Warranty Database software (AWS, Ford Motor Company; GART, General Motors; and WIS/EWT, Chrysler, and the European OEMs portals
