Project Manager Development Drives

- Technical management, definition of drive sub-systems in an early project phase, considering technical, production and commercial aspects
- Management of serial, customer and internal projects in coordination with all involved departments and functions as well as customers and suppliers
- Planning and Controlling of the entire project in conjunction with all relevant departments and functions as well as customers and suppliers
- Preparation of Project-and Change-Requests, Status and Closure Reports
- Steering and implementing of serial changes with goal of bundling changes and creating customer packages
- Regular reporting of the project and updating of all the requested planning tools, e.g Project planning tool
- Coordinating, creating, continually maintaining, and communicating the main schedule and budget controlling and monitoring the progress of the project
- Ensuring operational risk management and timely escalation trough the appropriate channels
- Leading a project team, empowering, delegating and supporting the team members with their tasks, set up of regular project meetings
- Lead of resolving technical and operational issues
Your Profile
- Basic studies in the field of social or technical sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
- Good knowledge of project management and development processes
- Sound knowledge of electrical drive development and design
- Good communication skills and proactive communication within and outside the project team
- Sound risk assessment skills
- Sound controlling calculation and budgeting skills
- Fluent English language skills
