EHS Manager

- Lead the QUA ARGUS team to set goals with senior management, drive programs,
 manage significant environmental aspects, assess risks, and monitor performance against
 cost reduction targets. In accordance with Brose's basic rules (BBR2.0)
- Responsible for providing technical and tactical support within the region, including: providing the
 necessary support for site EHS programs; defining objectives and goals, communicating
 customer, internal, and regulatory requirements; identifying and sharing best practices; conducting
 market research; and coordinating activities directed by the central organization.
- Implement strong and effective systems that maintain certification according to current industry standards.
- Facilitate compliance with facility, regional, corporate, and regulatory standards and guidelines
 through assessments, inspections, record keeping, and data documentation.
- Serve as a liaison with applicable external regulatory agencies.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes throughout the Mexico region and follow up on
 audits to ensure satisfactory compliance.
- Develop and present training materials to orient new and existing employees in the classroom, workshops, and meetings.
- Support EHS aspects in the planning, execution, and maintenance of new facilities
 and their related management systems
- Collaborate in the Environmental Management System according to the environmental roles and responsibilities matrix
Your Profile
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as EHS Manager
- English fluent is a MUST
- Experience in automotive industry
