- Maintain, audit, and oversee all current and new tooling.
- Visit suppliers on a routine basis to ensure compliance (standards and requirements).
- Document new technology and present to internal teams and supply base
- Work in conjunction with Commodity and Team Buyers, and the Supplier Quality Engineers to reduce ppms and ensure proper maintenance and construction of tooling.
- Document Lessons learned and present to internal teams
- Calculate tool cost targets and assist in reviewing quotes associated with tool building and modification.
Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures.
Your Profile
- 4 years as a stamping engineer (directly involved).
- Dynaform, Stamping tooling quotations, engineering changes and maintenance.
- Tooling design and interpretation of simulation results.
- Advanced English.
- Tool maintenance management
- Product manufacturability feasibility analysis.
- APQP / PDP
- Process - series production
- Adjustment of process parameters Steels and coatings
