  • Which positions are currently available at Brose?

    You can find all available positions on our website.

  • How can I apply for a job at Brose?

    Use our online portal to apply. You can access it directly for each job offer. If you don't find a suitable position, you can get in touch with our recruiters on LinkedIn to connect with us and learn about career opportunities at our company. It is not possible to apply for employment by post or email.

  • How do I find out if a position is still available?

    We update our career web regularly. As long as the job is posted, you can apply for it.

  • From what date is the position available?

    If a position does not have a start date listed, it is usually intended to be filled immediately. Subject to notice periods, of course.

  • Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

    In general, it is possible to apply for several vacancies. We also always check your profile with regard to other job opportunities and locations. For this purpose, activate the visibility settings in the application form. In your cover letter, you can also indicate other positions that interest you.

  • Which application documents are required?

    Your application should include a structured CV, a cover letter if applicable, and all relevant references.

  • What file format can I upload attachments to my online application?

    Please use only PDF format with a maximum size of 5 MB.

  • Which contact person can I include in my cover letter?

    You will find the relevant contact for the position with the picture directly next to the advertisement. You can address your cover letter to this contact person.

  • I have not yet received any feedback on my application. Where can I get information on the current status?

    You can check the current status of your application in your candidate profile. If you have been waiting for a response for some time, you can contact us by email at nabor@brose.com .

  • Can I update or change my documents after submitting my online application?

    With the personal access data you have received, you can log in to the online portal and make changes to your profile at any time.

  • I have forgotten my username and password. How do I get new access data?

    You can have your password reset directly via the online portal.

  • Can I cancel my application if I have decided otherwise in the meantime?

    Yes, our online portal gives you the option to withdraw your application.

  • Can I reapply for another position after receiving a rejection letter?

    We will consider other job opportunities within our company as part of the application process. However, you may reapply with us at a later date.

  • How does the application process work?

    Once you have submitted your application documents via our online application form, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance. We will then review your documents and send you a video interview invitation or rejection letter as soon as possible. If you convince us in the first interview, we would like to get to know you even better in a personal interview. After this second interview, you will receive an acceptance or rejection letter from us.

    Depending on the type of application, the application process may vary. For example, managers participate in a mandatory internal management audit before the second interview.

  • What job opportunities does Brose offer to students and graduates?

    As a student, you can do internships, student jobs or theses at our German locations.

    If you have successfully completed your studies, we offer direct entry opportunities.

  • What requirements do I have to meet to get a student job at Brose?

    Ideally, you have completed your basic studies or the first semesters of your studies. You have initial practical experience and demonstrate good study results. In addition, you should have a good command of the English language, a secure command of Microsoft Office and a focused and independent working style.

  • How far in advance should I apply for a student job?

    In principle, you should apply three to four months before you plan to start. If necessary, we will of course try to find a job for you at short notice.

  • Can I start a student job at Brose after I have finished my studies?

    No, our offer is aimed exclusively at enrolled students for career orientation during the study phase. You can apply for an entry-level position after graduation.

  • How much time should I plan for an internship at Brose?

    Ideally, you should set aside four to six months for your internship.

  • Does Brose offer voluntary internships?

    We primarily offer internships to students whose study regulations include a compulsory semester of work experience. However, it is also possible to do a voluntary internship during your studies or between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.

  • How many hours a week can I work as a working student at Brose?

    The preferred number of hours will be agreed with you individually. In general, we offer a maximum working week of 20 hours. During semester breaks, you can increase your working hours up to 40 hours per week.

  • Does Brose offer summer jobs?

    Yes, pupils and students have the opportunity to work for us during the holidays.

  • Does Brose pay a housing allowance?

    The living allowance is included in our trainee salary, so there is no separate allowance.
