- Operation, maintenance, and further development of the global Palo Alto firewall infrastructure
operate Datacenter (North/South, East/West), Shopfloor-, LAN- and Perimeter Firewalls - Analysis, evaluation, and implementation of security policies and requirements
- Incident, problem, and change management in the area of Firewall security
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational manuals
- Support during audits and security assessments
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT specialist training, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in network security and firewall management
- In-depth knowledge of administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls (including Panorama) is a plus, but knowledge about other vendors is also welcome
- basic knowledge about network protocols, OSI-Model, routing, and switching
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) is a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a high level of personal responsibility
