FMEA-Moderator (m/w/d)

  • Creation of FMEA structures for existing and new products, as a basis for the application
  • Planning and execution of FMEA team meetings with the specialist departments according to PEP
  • Maintenance and further development of standards for D-FMEAs with creation of a know-how database for the use of synergy effects
  • Regular comparison of the standards with the development locations worldwide
  • Organization of international competition workshops including documentation and moderation as well as training for users
  • Independent monitoring of measures in the specialist areas and presentation of the results to the customer team and to the customer in coordination with the project teams
  • Continuous coordination with the FMEA coordinators / moderators of the internal departments in consultation with the superior

  • A technical university degree with a regular study period of up to 4 years or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired in another way. e.g. technician with additional qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in a development area of the automotive industry
  • Profound knowledge of the D-FMEA methodology in the IQ-FMEA Tool
  • Confident command of English
