- You report directly to the Plant Manager as you are part of the management team
- Lead, mentor and develop the financial department and ensure accurate financial systems management and day-to-day operational excellence
- Prepare and review annual accounts, support audits, and ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations
- Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital
- Create yearly income tax declarations, shareholder resolutions and dividend declarations
- Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports
- Oversee and execute accounting tasks such as payments, accruals, salaries, cash balances, overdue receivables and payables
Your Profile
- A master's degree in an economic or financial field
- Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting or a similar managerial role
- Familiarity with SAP and MS Office package
- Willingness to travel
- Hands-on, pragmatic and people-oriented approach, with creative solutions to challenges
- High integrity, strategic thinking and entrepreneurship
- Fluent in Dutch and English
