Maintenance Supervisor

Your Job Specification

  • Coach, mentor, train, and motivate responsible shift team to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Responsibility of maintenance technicians in the shifts, distributing and following up on tasks, following escalation process, and supporting technicians with escalations
  • Guarantee of a high technical availability of the production equipment with minimal costs
  • Provide high service performance, professional solving of down time root causes, preventive maintenance to reduce production equipment downtime
  • Definition of spare parts, preventive maintenance tasks, equipment, tools and material needed for the department

Your Profile

  • Minimum of five years experience in a supervision role within automotive production industry
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance, PLC (Siemens), CNC, ABB robots, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated production equipment
  • Problem solving methods, time management, and conflict resolution management
