PS/CSS Lean Coordinator

Your Job Specification

  • Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate improvement activities
  • Train plant teams in BPS based on standardized trainings
  • Consolidate plant practices as input to regional BPS strategy
  • Implement BPS project organization, support and follow up of activities linked to the BPS assessment
  • Prepare plant's BPS assessment. Attend external BPS assessment as observer
  • Schedule and perform specific CSS application trainings and workshops for team members and management team observer
  • Track and drive plant specific BPS projects

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university and three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years experience in manufacturing preferable in the automotive industry
