1.Responsible contact for all customer quality issues for related product group after SOP;
2.Internally, routine management like last/ first off, IP etc. are well organized;
3.Externally make fast response to customer claims in respect of 8D procedure by coordinating internal and external resource;
4.Obtain task or problem solving progress to meet defined timing, make timely escalation if needed;
5.Collect, analysis process and customer quality data and KPIs, and take fast re-action if improvement needed;
6.Apply safe launch methods during project launch phase to secure quality performance of each project;
7.Maintain clear, prompt communication with internal interface, e.g. lab, supplier quality team to make sure efficient problem solving;
8.Continuously improve on quality area and eliminate risk in process and customer side;
9.Maintain good quality awareness in signed area and assigned core team;
10.Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by supervisor.
1.Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving;
2.Be good at on the data collection and data analysis;
3.Comprehensive knowledge of quality methods and tools;
4.Good communication skill with internal and external;
5. Min. 3 years experience in Automotive Industry.
