Your tasks

Implementation and Configuration of Open-Source Database Services based on defined Architecture standards.
Operates Open-Source databases on Premise or in the cloud. Performs and organize patch cycles, deep problem diagnosis, performance analyzing, health monitoring, and config recommendations.
Good knowledge on GIT-LAB, Python coding.
Incident, Service Request, Problem, and demand handling for all database types based on ITIL standard.
A high level of customer understanding and communication skills, coupled with a high level of quality awareness, is required to improve customer satisfaction for the database service.
Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
Provides 24X7 support (staff on call)
Provide guidance, documentation, and training to lower-level staff
