At Brose, social responsibility is deeply embedded in our company culture. We believe that a successful company should be an active part of the community it operates in. That’s why we’ve been supporting regional initiatives, schools, and non-profit organizations that bring positive change to the lives of those around us.
Helping where we live
One of our key partners is ADRA Frýdek-Místek, an organization that brings joy and support to seniors, children, and people in need through its volunteer programs. A significant part of its work also focuses on helping families with children on the autism spectrum by offering counseling, community activities, and a safe space to share experiences.
Together with ADRA, we strive to create an environment where solidarity, empathy, and mutual support are deeply rooted. Supporting volunteerism and community services is not just a responsibility for us – it’s a natural part of our company culture.
Every step can change a life
Each year, our employees come together to reach a shared goal: to run or cycle a set number of kilometers. These kilometers are then transformed into a financial donation that helps two selected children and their families cover the costs of rehabilitation, specialized equipment, or educational support. The donation is handed over personally – with respect and the heartfelt knowledge that every kilometer represents real effort and care.
Our sports teams are not just about performance – they’re about building a community that chooses to help. Through running and cycling, we not only improve our physical and mental well-being, but also contribute to better living conditions for those who need it most. We help children grow, develop, and find hope for a brighter future.
