- Disciplinary leadership of all employees within the design team, implementation of Brose principles of leadership and ensuring all personnel measures within the scope of their responsibilities
- Independent planning and control of all design activities in the area of responsibility, including all available internal and external resources
- Ensuring systematic product development with respect to PEP, "Best Practice" and "Lessons Learned"
- Ensuring adherence to the defined structure on a global basis
- Support and further development of worldwide structures
- Planning and provision of the necessary personnel resources and qualifications in cooperation with specialized departments within the structure of objectives
- Creating measures for further development and improvement of functional groups in order to achieve cost, weight and production goals
- Ensuring internal communication among employees regarding new development guidelines and processes for the purpose of unification with standards and for the purpose of increasing efficiency
Your Profile
- Completed university studies in mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics or automotive technology
- 5 years of experience in the automotive sector
- Experience and professional skills in project management
- Leadership skills
- Fluent business English and German
- Ability to demostrate excellent communication and decision-making skills, intercultural competence
- Independent, assertive work style and ability to work under pressure
