- support the HR management in the assigned departments - development and part of the production team
- taking care of employees - local and foreign
- ensuring the implementation of HR processes
- HR consultancy and advice to employees in the field of HR and labor law
- participation in the development of HR processes
- working closely with HR colleagues in planning, recruitment, marketing, development and training of employees
- working on diverse HR projects - internal and international
- administration related to the above activities
Your Profile
- high school/university education (focus on human resources is an advantage)
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- knowledge of HR processes, labor law
- advanced knowledge of AJ a prerequisite - daily communication, knowledge of NJ an advantage
- driving license
- experience in corporate, automotive environment an advantage
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- stress resistance, flexibility, willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- independence, assertiveness
