HR Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Provide information analysis, monitoring and evaluation of trends, through the preparation of applicable reports using SAP HR, PTM and MS Office Tools
  • Ensure headcount plan is kept and followed within all the Brose Belgrade departments, release of positions as well as onboarding and offboarding data is maintained timely and precise
  • Point of contact for all expatriate topics, including complete support for relocated employees for the duration as required
  • Arrange medical appointments with Occupational Health - distribute reports as appropriate
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including Brose code of conduct, FIRST principles, IDEAS, health and safety, environment, quality, discipline, grievance and equal opportunities

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Social- or Organizational Sciences or comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a systems specialist or equivalent experience within HR department
  • Advanced PC knowledge (MS office and SAP HR Module)
  • Proven work experience as a systems specialist with good knowledge of HR Processes as well as good understanding of a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills, experience as financial analyst beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Serbian, German would be a plus
