Engineer and improve Brose New Boston Plant productivity and worker safety using Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), DraftSight and AutoCAD tools, to improve manufacturing processes and plant facilities. Analyze and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); design Value Stream; and implement Lessons Learned and best practices, during production of Brose automotive mechatronic first row seat systems including 2-6 way seats and back frame assemblies, in high volume manufacturing plant environment. Develop and maintain documentation including Work Instructions, PFMEAs, Process Flow, and process parameter sheets. Develop and maintain product Bills of Material (BOMs), change masters, routings, production versions, using SAP Production Planning and Control (PP) and Advance Planning and Optimization (APO) modules. Perform Methods-Time Measurement-Standard Data (MTM SD) to analyze task sequences, determine production rate, optimize ergonomics with Ergocheck, and enhance operational efficiency, for all programs, engineering changes, and ratio improvements using TiCon tool.
Your Profile
- Bachelor, Industrial Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or related.
- Twelve months’ experience as Engineer, Analyst, or related, analyzing and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); design Value Stream; and implementing Lessons Learned, during production of automotive system in high volume manufacturing plant environment, or related.
